Implementation of the general management of the activity of the Institute, organizing the execution of tasks and functions assigned to the Institute in accordance with the orders and other assignments of the Director General;
Carry out a critical and in-depth analysis of the implementation of the concepts, complex program and complex measures approved by the orders of the Ministry for further improvement of the Institute’s activities;
Development and improvement of practical measures to ensure the unconditional fulfillment of forecast indicators related to the activity of the institute and the institutions within it.
