The Hydrometeorological Research Institute is accepting the following specialties for 2024-2025:

11.00.04-Meteorology. Climatology. Agrometeorology.
Basic doctorate – 2.
Trainee-researcher – 1.
Independent research – 3.

Doctorate candidates are requested to upload their documents in electronic form from September 15 to October 15 of this year on the website of the Unified Electronic System (http//daraja.ilmiy.uz).

Entrance exams will be held on November 1-25 of this year.

List of required documents:

application;
passport copy.
brief biographical reference (objective, sample 3.5 form, in Uzbek and Russian);
a certified copy of the employment record (for working candidates);
a copy of a master’s degree of a higher educational institution or a diploma of higher education (on specialized programs);
a list of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 3 articles and 2 theses);
scientific achievements (a copy of the document of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan);
National or equivalent international language certificate B1 level (not required for internship research).
A copy of the documents is requested to be submitted to the scientific secretary of the Scientific Research Institute of Hydrometeorology.
